Great recipe for kids to help make. Lots of fond memories making this with Nan and/or my Mom
(and my little sister).
Cream Cheese Cookies
1 cup flour
1 pkg. cream cheese
1/4 lb. butter
your favorite jam
Mix all ingredients.
Make into balls.
Press down.
Put tsp. jam in center.
Fold over.
Seal edges with fork.
Bake at 400º/375º for ____minutes
