Ma’s Minute Pudding
1 1/3 cups flour

2 cups milk

1 tsp. baking powder

pinch of salt

fresh picked strawberries

Mix flour, salt, baking powder.

Beat egg yolk, bring milk to a boil,
add half of baking powder & flour mix add egg
then rest of flour, stir until thickened.

Place large hot spoonful of pudding in a bowl.

Top with a slab of butter a generous portion of strawberries and cream.
