Cookhouse Rhubarb Pie

2 eggs

1 1/2 cups sugar

3 tbsp. flour

3 cups chopped raw rhubarb stalks - not leaves

pie crust


Beat eggs, add sugar and flour.

Mix in chopped rhubarb.

Pour into pie crust and bake ___hr. at ___º.

Nan used stalks from rhubarb plants

that grew along cookhouse
for as long as I can remember.

 

Beware rhubarb leaves
are poisonous.
