Pistou Cubes Are Great!

Starting using Pistou cubes right after making them. It tastes so great! On pasta, as hamburger and sandwich condiment. I've learned NOT to thaw in bag (if at all). Get's messy; lot's wasted. Well not lots; but any waste of pistou is tragic.

Thinking about growing alot more basil next year. Wish I'd planted some garlic this fall. Hopefully next fall. Got some plans in my head for next year(s). Diagrams and all!
