It's Pistou Time!

It's time to start making Pistou! Hopefully you gathered your Basil before it gets cold. I just made a batch of my Pistou Cubes! Grew my own garlic but had to buy garlic. Used to grow my own garlic. Grew for about 20 years. Not sure why I stopped. Gotta start growing again. Think I need to amend the soil with some cow manure and bone meal.
Check out the pictures of making of this years Pistou. It's really not that much work. Or maybe it's that the reward is so great! I love, love Pistou!
This is my first blog post. Hopefully I can think of more to say for next.
